Aegean charged a processing fee for refunding taxes and charges on unused flight tickets. The airline received a warning letter and amended its terms and conditions.
Amazon
Amazon refused to accept the withdrawal of non-perishable food products. The ZEV has therefore brought injunction proceedings.

Naked Underwear refused to refund consumers after they exercised their right of withdrawal and offered vouchers instead. The company received a warning letter.
